Media United vann Journalistirock

”Media United är stiligast, skickligast och coolast", konstaterade domaren Katja Ståhl om bandet som vann Journalistirock 2015. 

I bandet ingår planeringsbyrån HANK:s Oona Kavasto (sång) och Teemu Kavasto (cajón), Yles frilansjournalist Sami Huohvanainen (gitarr) och projektplanerare Jussi Linkola (munspel).

Journalistirock ordnades i år för andra gången. I tävlingen deltog åtta band vars medlemmar bland annat jobbar på Apu, Helsingin Sanomat, Yle, STT (FNB), Iltalehti och Verkkouutiset.

Tävlingens domare var Katja Ståhl, journalist på radio Nova, Ilkka Mattila, musikjournalist på Helsingin Sanomat och Jone Nikula, journalist på Radio Rock.
