Union Services during the Christmas and New Year holiday 

We serve our members on legal matters on weekdays between 1 pm and 4 pm on 044 7555 000.

For membership matters, you can call us on 09 6122 3333 on weekdays: Mondays 10 am–11.30 am, Tuesdays 9 am–11.30 am, and Thursdays–Fridays 9 am–11.30 am.

Please note that our services will be closed on the following days:

- Christmas Eve, Wednesday 24 December

- Christmas Day, Thursday 25 December

- New Year's Eve, Wednesday 31 December

- New Year's Day, Thursday 1 January

- Monday 5 January

- Epiphany, 6 January

The union’s income has declined in recent years for several reasons. Jobs in the media sector have decreased, and income from membership fees has fallen. The union covers its operating costs with investment returns, but the situation is also more uncertain than before. At the same time, overall costs have risen.
