From Thursday, 28 August, the UJF will start using a new membership register and E-service portal. Members will not need to do anything as a result of this change, as their details will be transferred automatically from the old register to the new one. The new online service portal will allow members to more easily update their contact details and other membership information. Self-paying members will also be able to pay their membership fees via the portal. Access to the portal will be authenticated using online banking credentials or mobile certificates. We will send members more detailed information and instructions on how to use the online service once the new register is up and running. Please note that the union’s membership register will be unavailable for several days due to the change. From the evening of Thursday, 21 August, the old register will no longer be in use. Between then and 28 August, when the new register will be operational, members can make changes to their membership details by email to jasenasiat@journalistiliitto.fi. From 28 August onwards, updates can be made directly to the new register via the e-service link on the UJF homepage. Member service will be closed on Thursday, August 21, and Friday, August 22, due to a change in the membership register. Avainsanat: UJF
