Moderera, censurera eller publicera?

Hanaholmen – kulturcentrum för Sverige och Finland, måndag 28.11.2011 kl. 14.00 – 16.00

Diskussionen om nätdebattens karaktär och språkbruk har blossat upp i Norden efter sommarens händelser i Norge. Många medier har börjat kräva identifiering eller på annat sätt begränsat nätdebattörernas verksamhet. Betydelsen av anonyma hatskriverier eller t.o.m. hatiska inlägg under eget namn har diskuterats också bland ländernas högsta beslutsfattare.
